Would like to be able to find birth records,this site is no good to me. I am very disappointed in what i spent my hard earned money on, what a waste! I would like a refund because, this site is awful.

Add first and last name fields for the spouse in Advance Search

The search function doesn't actually look for a first and last name combination. It just finds every occurence of the first name and every occurence of the surname that occur in the same document. This is useless.

They are the main reason I signed up to world vital records. I am very upset with not being able to access them. Your site is not of much use to me without them

close down your web site and give everyone their money back. this site is a piece of junk

It is tedious having to either guess what page the index is on, or to go page by page.

I would like to be able to see the result highlighted on the newspaper page (e.g. in Port Phillip Herald), it is a little bit hard to find when there is so much small writing.

I joined to search newspapers listed on this service which are now no longer available on the discontinued (Google Gobbled) Paper of Record.com website. However, even though you list these papers as being available, this is not the case. A search on Port Phillip Herald or Yukon World takes you to the Google website, which does not provide access to these papers. I suspect this is a problem for other ex PoR newspapers. Please fix or offer adequate explanation or refund my subscription. Thank you.

Is it possible to get more American Indian records ? This is an area that most american's would like to know more about.

I would like to be able to limit my search to the databases from certain Australian States.
E.g. search for a name only within databases for Queensland.

when bringing up a so-called detail on a name all you see is a summarized transcription. A link to the actual document would allow user to more completely see pertintent information.

I am really unhappy with World Vital Records. I can't get into my site. The search is very unuser friendly. I am paying money and I can't get into the site. Try looking at ancestry.com. so much more user friendly than this site. I won't be renewing again. I am tired of this hard, unfriendly company.

Many States have similar city names, so it would be best to include Counties, so that a person may contact the vital records department in the correct county when researching specifics regarding a posted entry. Right now the information is only partially useful without complete information.

I want to list the places where I am doing research and be notified about each new database that is added to WorldVitalRecords in the areas where I am conducting research. Google Alerts is a great service, and WVR should provide something just like it.

When I enter a surname in the family name search field the results also show hits for my surname as a given name. I didn't ask for given names, just surnames. It would be nice to get only surnames when that is all that is requested.
